What is Sabtask?
Sabtask is management software for pilates and yoga studios that brings member records, class scheduling, instructor payouts and finances into a single panel. Studio owners and instructors work in the same system, and students see their own packages and classes from their own screens.
The software runs in a browser. There is nothing to install and no server to maintain.

04Origin
Sabtask was written by a studio owner to solve their own problem.
We ran a pilates studio in Ankara, Turkey. Everything lived on paper. Instructors kept their own notes, we kept ours somewhere else. To find out how many classes someone had left, you had to ask. How much payment was due over the coming weeks, which hours filled and which sat empty, what the instructor payouts added up to: none of it was visible at a glance.
There were questions we wanted answered, and answering them would have made the studio both more efficient and easier to grow. We looked for software that worked this way and could not find it. Every product we tried was built to schedule classes and stopped there.
So we built Sabtask out of the problems we were living with. We used it to make the studio efficient, then handed the studio over. Today we work on Sabtask full time.
Everything used to be a grey area. Sabtask made it black and white.

Who uses it
Sabtask is used by five businesses across three countries: two pilates studios, a yoga studio, a music school and a gym that works one to one.
Sabtask was designed for businesses that sell class packages. A student buys a package, classes are deducted from it, an instructor teaches and earns a payout. That structure is the same in a pilates studio, a yoga studio and a music school.
06Student portal
The student portal is included in every plan at no extra cost.
Students see their own packages, remaining classes and class history. They can request a class or cancel one. The studio approves.
07Get started
Try it for 14 days, then decide
All features are open for fourteen days and nothing is charged. You enter your card details when you sign up, and the first charge happens when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
You can bring your existing member list in through an Excel file. There is no need to enter a hundred members one by one.
