An ordinary week
A week in six steps

01Sign-up
Adds the student and sells the package; the student gets an invitation email.
The student appears in their own list.
Sets a password from the invitation email and signs in to the portal.
02Schedule
Sets up the weekly schedule.
Sees their own classes.
Sees remaining classes, package end date and the weekly schedule.
03Request
Gets a request notification.
Gets a notification for their own student's request.
Requests a free slot or asks to join a class.
04Approval
Can approve any request.
Approves only their own student's requests.
Gets an approval notification; the class appears on the schedule.
The approved class also lands in Google Calendar; a request left unanswered for 48 hours expires on its own.
05Class completed
Marks the class as completed.
Can complete their own class too; the payout is written on its own.
One class credit is deducted.
06Payment
Records the instructor's payment.
Sees the payout, what was paid and what is outstanding.
Nothing changes on the student screen in this step.
