Everything Sabtask does

Each member's card holds their details, the package they bought, remaining classes, package expiry and payment status.

Packages are valid for a period the studio defines. A package closes when the classes run out or the period ends. If a member holds more than one package, classes are deducted from the oldest first, so the package closest to expiry is used first.

Payments can be partial. The outstanding balance appears on the member card and in the list of pending payments.

Class types follow how the studio works: one to one, pairs, threes, fours and group classes. Each type has its own capacity, and the system blocks bookings that exceed it.

The calendar shows which hours are full and which are open. When a class time changes, everyone sees the current schedule.

Instructor leave and studio closures are reflected in the calendar. No class is opened for an instructor who is away.

Every instructor has their own login. They see their own classes, their own students and their own payout. They cannot see the studio's financial data.

Payouts are calculated as each class is completed, based on the per-class cost for the members who attended and the instructor's own rate. There is no manual calculation at month end.

Paid and unpaid payouts are shown separately.

Revenue and expenses are kept together. Package sales create revenue records automatically and instructor payments create expense records.

The panel shows collected revenue, outstanding payments and period comparisons. How much payment is due in which week is visible at a glance.

If you work with third party providers, those classes are priced separately and reported separately.

Students see their packages, remaining classes and class history from their own screens. They can request a class or cancel an existing one. Requests go to the studio for approval.

The student portal is included in every plan at no extra cost.

Occupancy rates, revenue breakdowns, instructor performance and member activity are reported.

You can export your data to Excel at any time. That right stays open after your subscription ends.

You can bring an existing member list in through a bulk Excel import. The system shows a preview before writing anything: how many rows are valid and where something is missing.

Google Calendar can be connected. Classes are written to the calendar and updated when times change.

SMS notifications are optional. If you want them, you connect your own provider account.
