What happens when the trial ends?
If you continue, the plan you chose begins and you carry on where you left off. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged.
How can I pay?
By credit or debit card through iyzico, monthly or annually. No card is requested at sign-up today; we email you when the payment step opens.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Access continues until the end of the period you paid for. After that, writing is closed but you can still export your data to Excel. That export right stays open after your account closes. Data is kept for ninety days before permanent deletion.
What counts as an active member?
A member whose package has not expired within the billing period. Archived and inactive records do not count.
Does my account get locked if I go over the member limit?
Going over the limit does not lock your account. You get a warning and move to the next plan at your following renewal. Adding members and booking classes are not blocked.
Is the student portal an extra cost?
No. It is included in every plan.
