Which businesses is it for?
Any business that runs on class packages: pilates, yoga, dance, music, language courses, tennis, swimming, tutoring… A student buys a package, classes are deducted from it, an instructor teaches and earns a payout; wherever that structure exists, the panel works the same way.
There is no access control such as turnstiles, membership check-in or QR codes; we are not a fit for businesses that do not work with class packages.
How do I bring my existing members in?
Through a bulk Excel import. You download the template from the panel, fill in names, phone numbers, package details and remaining class counts, then upload it. The system shows a preview first: how many rows are valid and which rows are missing something. Records are created once you confirm.
Importing a list of a hundred and fifty members takes a few minutes.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Sabtask runs in a browser. You can use it from a computer, tablet or phone. There is no software to install and no server to set up.
Can my instructors use it?
Yes. Each instructor gets their own login and sees their own classes, students and payouts. They cannot access the studio's financial data.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Access continues until the end of the period you paid for. After that, writing is closed but you can still export your data to Excel. That export right stays open after your account closes.
Data is kept for ninety days before permanent deletion.
When are card details requested?
No card is requested at sign-up; we will email you when the payment step opens. Nothing is charged for fourteen days, and if you cancel before the trial ends you pay nothing.
Is payment secure?
Payments are handled through iyzico. Your card details never reach us and are never stored in our systems.
Could my data get mixed up with another studio's?
No. Each studio's data is kept separate and protected by server side authorisation in two independent layers. A user from one studio cannot reach another studio's data.
Is the student portal an extra cost?
No. It is included in every plan.
Do you send SMS?
SMS is optional. If you want it, you connect your own provider account. It is not required and there is no extra charge from us.
Does it work with Google Calendar?
Yes. Classes are written to Google Calendar, and the calendar updates when a class time changes.
Who builds Sabtask?
Sabtask is built by Rapture Danışmanlık ve Teknoloji A.Ş., a company registered in Istanbul, Turkey.
