Through a bulk Excel import. You download the template from the panel, fill in names, phone numbers, package details and remaining class counts, then upload it. The system shows a preview first: how many rows are valid and which rows are missing something. Records are created once you confirm.

Importing a list of a hundred and fifty members takes a few minutes.

No. Sabtask runs in a browser. You can use it from a computer, tablet or phone. There is no software to install and no server to set up.

Yes. Each instructor gets their own login and sees their own classes, students and payouts. They cannot access the studio's financial data.

Access continues until the end of the period you paid for. After that, writing is closed but you can still export your data to Excel. That export right stays open after your account closes.

Data is kept for ninety days before permanent deletion.

Yes, but nothing is charged for fourteen days. The first charge happens when the trial ends. If you cancel before then, you pay nothing.

Payments are handled through iyzico. Your card details never reach us and are never stored in our systems.

No. Each studio's data is kept separate and protected by server side authorisation in two independent layers. A user from one studio cannot reach another studio's data.

No. It is included in every plan.

SMS is optional. If you want it, you connect your own provider account. It is not required and there is no extra charge from us.

Yes. Classes are written to Google Calendar, and the calendar updates when a class time changes.
