What is pilates studio management software?
Pilates studio management software brings member records, class packages, the booking calendar and instructor payouts into one system. In studios where equipment such as reformers limits capacity, it also controls how many people can be booked into the same hour.
Sabtask was built for this work inside a pilates studio in Ankara, Turkey.

More people get booked into an hour than you have equipment for.
Capacity is defined per class type. One to one, pairs, threes, fours and group classes each have their own limit, and the system will not accept a booking beyond it. In an exceptional case a manager can override with a written reason, and that reason is recorded.

You have to remember how many classes each member has left.
Remaining classes and package expiry sit on the member card. The student sees the same thing and does not have to ask.

Instructor payouts are calculated by hand at month end.
Payouts are calculated as each class is completed. In a pair class two members' payments feed the calculation, in a class of four, four do. By month end the figure is ready.

Classes get booked for members whose package has expired.
Expired packages close, and a warning appears when a class is being opened.

Empty hours go unnoticed.
The calendar shows occupancy. Which hours fill and which stay empty is visible.

Late cancellations fall outside the records.
Your cancellation policy is reflected in the system. A late cancellation is recorded, and whether it costs a class credit is your decision.

You bring your existing member list in through Excel. Name, phone, package and remaining class count are enough. A list of a hundred and fifty loads in minutes.

Common questions
Can I set my reformer count in the system?
Yes. You enter your equipment capacity in studio settings and the system will not take more bookings than that for the same hour.
Can I manage private and group classes together?
Yes. One to one, pairs, threes, fours and group classes are defined separately, each with its own price and capacity.
I work with several instructors on different rates. Is that a problem?
No. Each instructor has their own payout rate.
