I request that the service begins immediately together with the trial period. I understand that I cannot exercise my right of withdrawal once the service has started, and that I may request a refund within 14 days of the first payment.

I accept that my subscription will renew automatically at the end of the trial and at the end of each billing period, and that my card will be charged for the plan I selected.

About signing up

Why do we ask for billing details?: We issue an e-invoice for every payment, and an invoice cannot be issued without a legal title, tax number, tax office and address. The details are used for invoicing only.
Why are the agreements in Turkish?: Sabtask is operated by a company registered in Turkey, and the subscription is governed by Turkish law. The agreements were reviewed by our lawyers in Turkish, and that text is the binding version. We do not publish translations, because a translation that has not been reviewed could differ from the binding text.
What happens during the trial?: For fourteen days you use the whole panel at no charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, nothing is charged. If you continue, the subscription starts on the plan you chose and renews automatically at the end of each period.
Right of withdrawal and refunds: Because the service starts immediately, the distance selling right of withdrawal does not apply. Instead, you can request a refund within fourteen days of the first payment. Details are in the Distance Sales Agreement.
How is my consent recorded?: The three consents are recorded separately: which version of which document you accepted, at what date and time, from which connection, and that you gave it on the English form. All prices include VAT and are billed in Turkish lira (TRY). If a document is updated later, the version you accepted does not change.
